Check whatever payment method you used to brand the original purchase as refunds are applied to that payment method ( Credit/Debit card/Paypal account etc ) If you used your account balance the refund should accept been applied to that.
If nothing is showing up and then past all means contact support as suggested by denis97g or even mayhap respond to the electronic mail you received confirming the refund detailing that you haven't received the refund.
It's also worth checking hither https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ to see if the refund shows upwards.

Well two things first if you check https://accounts.microsoft.com and the refund is issued
This is how it works
First ms approves a refund so 72hours after it is issued
Withal this is key it depends ehat yous used
Ms currency is paid direxrly back onto the account instantly
Creditcard or debit depends where you are in the world vs the us
Then if you arent in us or canada it can have upto 90days depending on when your depository financial institution handles international transactions
Computer time (mainframe) isnt cheap.and thousands of punch cards have to be proccessed at a time they dont carry a unmarried card its a waste product of figurer time
Less rhen 30 days for north american transactions
Now paypal is completely different
As per thier refund policy it can take 90 days for refunds to be issued to your creditcard and yes that is a paypal policy

Pitiful to hear you are having this problem.
Afterwards you submit your refund request:
You'll receive a confirmation email and should get a response from the support squad within 72 hours.
- To cancel your refund request:Reply to the confirmation electronic mail requesting cancellation.
- If yous don't hear back from the back up team within 72 hours: Reply to the confirmation email requesting an update on the status of your request.
- To track the status of your refund asking: Check your Club history.
- If you lot have a question once your request is candy, reply to the determination email.
I recommend to request a call from support. This would be the best class of action in this case.
